How do you find the tower location and id?

In the RR database, search for a frequency. When you get a target of interest, click on the call sign. That takes you to the detail for that license.

FCC database will give you location
Sign on the gate will give you the ID

If you are looking at a trunked system, click the Site Name. That will open a new window showing a map with tower location(s) as well as the sites callsign.
