TCBH = Tulsa County Behavioral Health
COPES = Community Outreach Psychiatric Emergency Services
EOD = Emergency Order of Detention
When police are called to a subject with mental problems they can call COPES to send someone out to talk with the subject. If the subject is a threat to themselves or others they are taken into custody (EOD) and transported to TCBH for an evaluation.
