    Please do not make requests for copies of radio programming software which is sold (or was sold) by the manufacturer for any monetary value. All requests will be deleted and a forum infraction issued. Making a request such as this is attempting to engage in software piracy and this forum cannot be involved or associated with this activity.     The various other vendors often permit their dealers to sell the software online (i.e., Kenwood). Please use Google or some other search engine to find a dealer that sells the software. Typically each series or individual radio requires its own software package. Often the Kenwood software is less than $100 so don't be a cheapskate; just purchase it.

    For M/A Com/Harris/GE, etc: there are two software packages that program all current and past radios. One package is for conventional programming and the other for trunked programming. The trunked package is in upwards of $2,500. The conventional package is more reasonable though is still several hundred dollars. The benefit is you do not need multiple versions for each radio (unlike Motorola).

    This is a large and very visible forum. We cannot jeopardize the ability to provide the RadioReference services by allowing this activity to occur. Please respect this.

Picked up a VHF XPR7550e. I have a wideband license and am looking for a codeplug which someone may have for the Long Island area, specifically with marine channels already done- Yes Im LAZY to type them in. Anyone willing to share?? jayg359@aol.com THANK YOU in advance!!

When I first stepped into MOTOTRBO in 2021, I quickly created these:

Ready to use channel zones to copy into MOTOTRBO CPS2, according to the IARU Region 1 band plan:

UHF

Hotspots - DV internet voice gateways. TS2, CC1.
LPD 433 - Licence free frequencies. Be careful and don't transmit on them unless necessary!
PMR 446 - Licence free frequencies, 16 channels.
R D 8.200-8.525 - Repeaters in DMR mode, both timeslots, CC1.
R D 8.650-9.425 - Repeaters in DMR mode, both timeslots, CC1.
R FN 8.650-9.425 - Repeaters in Narrow FM mode.
R FW 8.650-9.425 - Repeaters in Wide FM mode.
S D 430 438 - Simplex DMR channels, TS1, CC1.
S D 3.400-3.575 - Simplex DMR channels, TS1, CC1.
S FN 3.400-3.575 - Simplex channels in Narrow FM mode.
S FW 3.400-3.575 - Simplex channels in Wide FM mode.

VHF
