Can I assume Fire-Rescue is also encrypted or am I missing something as I would not expect encryption on anything other than law enforcement talkgroups.
For Fire/Rescue: Martin County, you can at least monitor the Station alerting (talkgroups 11001 - 11022). St. Lucie County... ZERO! At least with Martin County you know where units are going. In St. Lucie County, its a big secret now.
Lifeguards: Martin County... ENCRYPTED. St. Lucie County, TG 5341.
When I vacation down here, the only items on the P25 system that I tend to monitor anymore are the Martin County F/R station calls, St. Lucie County lifeguards, and the St. Lucie County Schools Security TG (5513). Otherwise, its pretty boring (unless you want to hear about dogs on the loose and people bit by animals, then you can listen to Animal Control w/o a problem LOL). Below are some analog channels that might be worth putting in there for the Treasure Coast (since there isn't much on the P25 system).
