I am hearing intermittently, probably due to ducting, 153.9125 Cap+ DCC4 Site 2 NL 1,3,4,5,6,7 Ch3/4. I am also hearing the other site frequency 153.350 DCC4 Site 2 but with co-channel interference issues. Too weak to decode any voice.

This info matches TriCounty Electric in PA WRF438/WRF303 Asaph, Tioga Co. PA, so I submitted it to RRDB as a new system.

I am in Rochester NY and apparently getting this due to ducting. I hear weak signals on some other licensed frequencies for the system but too weak to decode. It looks like it is a major system in the Tioga/Potter County area so I am surprised it was not already in the RRDB. It would be worth checking out if you are in the area.

The lack of submissions is probably related to the fact that there are a little over 50,000 people scattered over more than 2000 square miles...lot more trees than people.

It's only been online since spring when they began testing. Eventually someone who is better equipped than I, such as the OP, might stumble onto it and make a proper submission. Most of the Tech's I worked with from there were more into computers than radio, as was I at that time.

Strong ducting down to the Tri County area again this morning so I got and submitted Site 1 Mansfield that appears to be just a single active frequency 153.2525. The rest channel and traffic observed was all on that frequency LSN1 & 2 and no sign of activity on 153.080 or any additional LSNs showing active on the site.

I was observing activity on both Marshland site frequencies DCC 3 but I was unable to get a decode on the Site or LSN numbers. There was interference from conventional DMR, DCC 5 and 8 on both frequencies. This conventional DMR is apparently Claverack REC.

Other Tri County WRFR438 frequencies were too weak and/or interference to get reliable decode.

I also briefly heard what appeared to be the Arnot WRFR303 Bloss Mountain site but it was showing as Site 1 DCC 6 with no neighbor list so it is apparently an independent single site Cap+ system separate from the 7 site primary system. I am not submitting anything on this without further observations to see how it relates to the other system.

Unfortunately, I'll be near there soon, but wont have an opportunity to break away to try to suss out a DMR system. It's a remote possibility, so I'll try to take a look and scribble down all the licenses and frequencies. Tri County actually covers portions of seven counties with Tioga/Potter being the epicenter.
