Hello All,, Question for the group.. I am in Broken Arrow I have a dispone antenna outside about 30 feet up I can here Troop AR Rural and Kilpatrick units but not Troop AM metro? SDS200 LMR 400

That sounds about right. Metro isnt on all the sites east and north of the city towards your location like Rural is.
I've got the Oklahoma City site on hold and I am getting -94 DB almost full bars
While you show OKC site locked in, it shares freqs with the Tulsa site and that is probably where your getting the high signal strength from.
An Inexpensive thing to try for signal...have you thought about trying a Yagi pointed that direction? I really think Yagi's pointed a particular direction is best for 800Mhz. I love my Wilson Yagi - Amazon.com: Wilson Electronics 301111 Yagi Antenna: Home Audio & Theater
