Has anyone noticed a drop off in the Troop C system signal strength in the western Burlington County area? Did they stop using the Berlin tower on the C system?

I just checked. Signal is down 2 bars and has more static, but definitely readable (with rubber duck). Had gotten 3 - 4 bars prior.
No info in RR DB regarding site locations. Hope this is temporary. BTW, listening from Voorhees (RT 73 & Kresson Rd).

Do you know location of next nearest tower to you? Would likely be the same for me.

The Bordentown site is barely readable in Medford, I've been monitoring C 3 Comm on the A system out of Berlin. I used to get both A & C with the same signal strength from Berlin, that's why I assuming the C system is no longer on the Berlin tower.

After reading the above, I programmed in Troop B, assuming that I could hear it from Voorhees (simulcasted on Berlin tower).

Apparently, if it was being carried, it has been dropped. Nothing.
Oh well, I'll keep it on my scanner for the occasional trip up north.

If I'm picking up Troop C from Bordentown, then I'm truly surprised as I can barely pick up Burlington Cty from the Medford tower. Mt. Laurel comes in a little bit stronger.

Troop B? I doubt you'd be able to get Troop B (North Jersey) from Camden County. Then again, I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me when I was in Delaware County, Pa. (Upper Darby area) and thought my scanner hit on a Troop C TG.

Sounds like you're comparing the Bordentown tower from the NJSP system with the Medford tower off the Burlington County system. I would think that the NJSP signal would be significantly stronger than Burlington County's signals to begin with, but since I'm not an expert on South Jersey, I'll defer to someone who can explain that better.

You're right. My assumption was that all 3 troops were being simulcasted on all of the towers.
