I've noticed the last few weeks that Troop B has been handling call's from 12am till 7am for Troop L . I normally hear 2 female voices till midnight then Troop B takes over . Then when I drive by every time I run to Vinita I see about 6 units that are not being used . Anyone knows what's going on .
