From what I see on the news and hear from friends where they tried to disrupt conservative rallies, they are mostly younger Caucasian males and many carry clubs, bats, pepper spray and other non lethal weapons.

Non-lethal? MAYBE less-lethal. Blunt trauma is a fairly common cause of death.
