We now have a pretty decent library of articles that describe TRSs in some detail, in many cases in more detail than the current structure of the database can handle. Here is but one example...
Prince George's County (Project 25) - The RadioReference Wiki
TRS articles such as this are important, because a Google search could easily turn this article up along with all the other hits regarding (in this case) Prince George's system. There are lots of links in the infobox (to the right) that lead to the database entry, the Maryland forum, the FCC entries (if available) and more.
Articles such as site descriptions, frequencies and color codes, unknown talkgroups found on this system and other technical data should not be placed on the TRS article. Instead, create an article with the data, then link it to the TRS article. This keeps the TRS article clean and focused; using the example above, if all of that data were on a single page, it would very easily overwhelm the original topic of the TRS article itself. In addition, there is a 32kb limit on page sizes (which is a pretty good sized page), and as pages get very long, they get harder to maintain.
If you need help deciding on where to put data you have, or the mechanics of linking articles (which is very easy), please don't hesitate to ask.
