It won't change. The hex numbers you are seeing in that column are channel numbers. By using those channel numbers in the correct bandplan will give you the proper channel frequencies (800mhz Motorola bandplan should work off the bat.... the frequencies will populate on their own.... UHF/VHF systems nees a little help). The 'CDV' column is just an overview of what type of activity has been seen on each frequency... 'C' being the Morse Code CW callsign, 'D' being Data (control channel) activity, V being voice. You will also see 'A' for alternate control channel.
Back to the hex frequency stuff for a second.... if you are trying to use this version of Trunker on Fleetnet, in your Trunker folder make a file called '782dmap.txt'. In that file paste in this single line:
141.015,0.015,17c
Save the file and open the site file for the tower you are monitoring (for Sarnia, that would be 782dc31.txt). Scroll down and delete all the lines starting with those hex numbers, save, and restart trunker... That should allow Trunker to determine the correct frequencies on it's own.
