It depends on what scanner and programming software you have.
Older scanners that don't support rebanding will need a custom band plan.
The Lawton site uses the normal rebanded band plan. It has a both old 856-861 MHz frequencies that did not change and rebanded 851-854 MHz frequencies (that moved down from 866-869 MHz).
