Trunking Recorder dropbox question

I have two sdr trunks running one being at a remote site and i have all recordings going into dropbox from both locations. I have trunking recorder importing from the dropbox. Everything seems to be working but drop box keeps sending me this annoying popup for like ever audio file "Remove audio file from all dropbox devices" i click cancel and check the box don't ask me again but it keeps coming up constantly anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of the box

I selected the check box and again and selected move outside of Dropbox and it seems to be working fine now no annoying pop up and constant importing now.
