I need to adjust my trunking system type that I programmed on my BCD996T but I can't find the area that allows me to do that. I keyed in an incorrect trunking type for a system and need to correct it. Do I need to delete the system and re-enter it or can I just edit it to the proper type of trunking system?
Also when I create a new system, it comes up with an identifying number but when I rename it, the number or number type is lost. Does the number that it comes up with have to be retained to work properly or can you override the number with a new name? Example of one is 1-136 M.
