Its been several years since I have tried to program my Trunktracker 3. If I remember correctly I was able to send freqs to it via USB cable. What is a good software for picking freqs?

Depending on which model, since it wasn't specified, ProScan supports a large variety of Uniden models. There is potential Freescan is supported but, you need to specify the model.

Looks like both ProScan and FreeScan support it. ProScan has a nice 30 day trial.

Keeping in mind this is an analog only radio.
