As indicated in the previous post, you will need the DMR paid upgrade. Do you have it in your scanner?

Ok you have the upgrade, good. Now open the link I posted and scroll down on how to enter MotoTRBO connect plus trunking dmr. Might first have a look at the system you want Here OneVoice Network Trunking System, Various, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies Looks like the mobile life support for orange is talkgroup 500751. You’ll need to program in site 017 and 021 for Orange County when prompted for LCN you use the smaller case numbers in front of the frequency numbers. Your color code is 1.
It looks like a pretty big system so to keep things simple don’t use ID search function. Only program in the talkgroups you want to hear.

You will need to program a new DMR/MotoTRBO - MotoTRBO Trunk system with 2 sites and the Mobile Life Support Services - Orange County talkgroup. Here is the info you need to program the system:

Mobile Life Support Services for Orange County is a talkgroup (500751) on a single system with many businesses, organizations, and agencies covering a wide area (OneVoice Network). There are 2 sites for Orange County NY on that system. Click on County at the top of the System Frequencies. That will alphabetize the sites. Scroll down to Orange County. OneVoice Network Trunking System, Various, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies (radioreference.com) Scroll down to EMS and Medical Transport Talkgroups. You will see 4 talkgroups for Mobile Life Support Services. There is only 1 talkgroup for Orange County (500751).

Are you programming this system by hand or using software? If you are using software, are you sing FREEscan? or ProScan? FREEscan does not support DMR.
I am programming by hand
What I would suggest is downloading ProScan, it has a 30 day free trial and will make programming your scanner much easier.
Programming some of these trunked systems by hand can be challenging.
Great i will proceed that way . i assume going to thier website will suffice?
