I have noticed it's mainly on DMR where sensitivity is poor, it sometimes stops on a local DMR frequency and I hear a bit of digital audio then it stops, what I have noticed on TRX1 which is beside TRX2 is on the screen with every digital signal there is a letter T which is not on TRX2 when it stops on signal. I do also see a full signal but no audio most times.

Please copy the configuration from scanner and save the file with a different name. Click on Attach files and open the file. We will be able to see if any programming in the scanner is causing the problem.

Your archive file has a name. That is the file you send to the scanner to program it. When you copy the configuration from the scanner, that will contain any changes you may have made in the scanner itself. It will show a CDAT file number. Change the name to something different than the original archive file. Otherwise, the changes will be saved in your original archive file. You could also try programming the scanner again with your original file. That would put the scanner back to normal and eliminate any changes or possibly errors you made using the scanner keypad. You attach the file by clicking on Attach files and opening the file.

The "T" indicates you are receiving a trunked radio system. There are no trunked systems in the TRX-2. Everything is conventional frequencies. Have you tried swapping antennas?

Yes tried swapping antennas, is there a way I can clear all data in Whistler software, I would like to start from scratch and I have uninstalled Whistler software and reinstalled but still has my last CDAT file and all frequency info etc. Again many thanks I don't want to give up on this...

Under General Settings, click on Restore Factory Defaults and Reset Scanlist Names. Go to the Conventional Frequencies tab. Click on the first frequency in the REC# column. Do a CTRL-A to highlight all frequencies and click on Delete.
