If you email Art at the trxa@thesoftwarehandyman.com. He has always been more than willing to help me fix any problems that I had.
I use a Sabrent USB audio adapter for the second audio source. They seem to work good for me.

Do you have each instance hooked to a different sound card or USB Sound adapter?

I'm only using the program for control via remote desktop, the audio goes into a mixer. I'm guessing that may be the issue, but this computer only has one audio adapter unfortunately.

My desktop only had one soundcard also. That is why I use the Sabrent USB audio adapter for the second instance.

I have 3 instances running at the same time. Not using the computer for audio, just the logging. The only thing you have to do is apply a different port for each one, a different location to save each log file, and of course set the serial port for the appropriate number as seen in the attached photo

Thanks! I'm an idiot. Changing port number fixed it.

He replied late last night and said he'd never tried it, but it should work...which by now we all know it does.
