I hear OHP Turner alot, talking about tulsa and that area, is this a skip or is it normal, since the turner goes into OKC.

I think OKC dispatches most Turner radio traffic all the way to the end at Tulsa so the OKC site has all of the Turner radio traffic.

yep, used to Troop-B dispatched the east end of the Turner but OKC has it the whole way to the Sapulpa gate now. occasionally you'll hear Troop-B on Turner-1 or one of the Young units on B1.
