Two Burlington County, NJ feeds with same name

My Android app notified me there was a new feed in Burlington County, NJ. When I pulled up the county page, I see two feeds named "Burlington County Fire and EMS" Can the name of the new be changed? Also if providers can give a little detail what differs between feeds. ie tower site, TG's, etc.

The first feed carries Fire and EMS traffic provided by a RR member,2nd feed is provided by eDispatches (set up for a Burlington department) and only carries the fire dispatch 154.220 frequency.

The name should reflect that it is the VHF dispatch only. Two feeds should not use same name.
