I'll submit these after verifying at least one more time.

This all started after I noticed that I was missing parts of conversations on Sloan. The scanner would flicker back and forth between the usual scrolling ID SCAN and a talkgroup ID, but no audio was heard. Switching to Sunrise or Primm would result in hearing something on that talkgroup.

NSRS TRS monitored with Unitrunker & BCD396XT and freqs scanned with IC-R20

LCN Change:
125 (7D) Sloan
07 853.23750
08 853.52500

851.23750 and 851.52500 (OLD Freqs) were not found during my search and neither can be found in FCC ULS DB geosearch for Clark County, NV. Closest match returned is Nextel of California.

This leaves two freqs licensed to this site unaccounted for:
858.48750
855.21250
(EDIT:This might be normal. These two freqs are also licensed for and have an LCN listed in the DB for the LV Rio Site)
--------
--------
010 (A) Potosi Mountain
NEW:
01 856.93750
02 857.93750
03 858.93750
04 851.22250
05 851.70000
06 852.75000

OLD
01 856.93750
02 857.93750
03 858.93750
04 853.11250
05 851.22500
06 851.70000
07 852.75000
08 853.16250
09 853.71250

04 goes away, 05/06/07 move up to 04/05/06 leaving 07 vacant.

This one I'll watch the most. Unitrunker never showed 07/08/09 during the 90 or mins I monitored, and this site got very busy with the six channels that I saw all active.

This leaves 853.11250 (old 04), 853.16250(08), and 853.71250(09) unaccounted for so far.

I'll be submitting the two updates above and a third shortly.

The LV Rio site:
Most of these frequencies are found under call WPWK236. The first three are the only listed for the Rio and NOT in common with Sloan. The last 5 are from the above license.
I verified these about 400 feet from the Rio with Unitrunker, my 396XT and IC-R20.

01 851.73750
02 852.0750
03 851.0750
05 855.2375
06 857.2600
07 859.4875
08 859.9875
09 860.46250

NSRS Changes

There is a new set of towers along the Western Beltway.
Those Freqs are:
01 851.4250
02 852.0500
03 852.7250 Control Channel
04 853.1625
05 853.7625
06 851.1750
07 851.7625
08 852.3500
09 852.7000
10 853.4750
Your Hotel Rio tower is correct except LCN 06 is 857.2625. I assumed 01 was 853.0750 and 04 was 851.7375.
I can verify that the two sloan freqs you mentioned are correct.
Potosi Mtn is correct as you have shown.

I submitted updates for these but they have not been posted yet.

Sweet. I thouht it weird that rio had no 4th lcn. But in 2 hours of monitoring, I didn't see it come up. Could be a time of day thing.

Thanks for the fix on 6. I put that in wrong.

The one that i can't get figured out is Sunrise Mtn. Site 5. There are gaps in that one for me. I just have two BCD396XTs side by side to figure out the LCN so... The control channel on Sunrise Mtn. keeps fading in and out so it makes it a little difficult.

Potosi Mtn is correct as you have shown.

I submitted updates for these but they have not been posted yet.

853.0750 is the best candidate for a missing channel on the Rio Site.
855.21250 and 858.48750 are also part of that license and not in use. They're also part of Sloan's license, but not in use there either.

The remaining 4 for the Rio's licenses are in use by Sloan and also a part of Sloan's license:
860.23750
855.73750
857.43750
858.26250

I was listening while driving and it seemed like I was missing a small amount of the conversations on the Rio site-it could have been me losing the site as I moved around-I'm using a handheld 396XT with a Maldol AH-W100RX telescoping antenna in my truck (sitting in the cupholder)

I can confirm that (at least as of right now), 851.73750 is the control channel and Unitrunker is showing it as LCN 1.

As for Sunrise, it seems to be complete and accurate. I can't recall any gaps, and all frequencies from the only license I could find for it (WPKJ254) are accounted for.

I can hear it real well at my house (Maryland Pkwy/Silverado Ranch), so I'll watch it for a while and report back.
