Already exists? It sounds like you inadvertently may have started the program twice and it is trying to save two copies of the same file. Or do you maybe have the same tone set in tones.cfg twice?
It looks like it is only open once. I rebooted the computer and reopened the program. I’ll keep an eye on it and see if it happens again.

Does anyone know what the MMS and SMS gateway addresses are for FirstNet? Did some google searching as was unable to find anything. Don't have a FirstNet device close to test and find out. Would appreciate any info you might have.

Thank You

You have two choices :

@mms.att.net
@mms.firstnet-mail.com

Or @txt.firstnet-mail.com for SMS, i think

Both seem to work equally well

Anyone know what’s going on with the two tone detect download page? It’s been down for many weeks now....

I am using the current version. My issue is that I am not getting an email with an audio attachment if two separate departments (FD and Ambulance) are toned at the same time. I get the initial text notification for each department but I do not get the audio email after the page is complete. I get an audio email if only one of the two departments is paged. Any suggestions?

Can you confirm whether the audio files that you're receiving when a single department is paged are in MP3 or AMR format (as opposed to WAV format)? I'm wondering if this is caused by missing or incorrect ffmpeg installation and lack of MP3 file creation.

The attached files are in WAV format for the individual page outs.

And I now have FFMPEG.exe in the right directory since I opened the debugger version of the program and noticed the exe file was not found.

So even after getting ffmpeg.exe into the same directory as TTD you're still only getting WAV files? In that case it may be the wrong version of ffmpeg. Any errors in the debug output?

I have not had any tones for the two departments in question since I corrected the ffmpeg issue. I did get a single tone out for another department and that did convert to MP3 after the fix. So no more WAV files, I believe. That part of the issue (if it was part of it) is now resolved. When the FD/Ambulance gets the next simultaneous page/call, I will post the results either way. Thank you for working with me on this.

Ok sounds good. I think that'll fix it for you. If not, let me know.

Andy, Thank you. That resolved the issue. I now get the two files when they tone out at the same time. I misread the instructions and installed the FFMPEG folder in the directory, not the exe file.

Thanks again!

Anyone else experiencing TTD hanging and when relaunching chrome just hangs. If I launch headless by adjusting the config it still won't load the management page. Windows shows that its listening on the correct port. I have to reboot Windows to get it launching again. Just curious of others have seen this?

Out of curiosity (before I work on starting my deployment of TTD), is there any limitation on how many tones can be defined in TTD? Meaning... I'm wanting to monitor and have it trigger for all tones in my area, eventually covering two counties, to be used as an "offline log" of sorts of emergency dispatches. I haven't looked through everything yet, but this would involve over 50 sets of tones.
