ARCXT: Type Select: 9-Subscript out of range

I'm trying to download from RadioReference directly to my ARC-XT PRO software, and I keep getting this message ''Type Select: 9 - Subscript out of range''. In the trunk systems by county in the database there are 15 systems, but only 2 appear while in ARC-XT PRO.

Can anybody help me to resolve this problem, that I didn't have before.

I am getting this error too.. I am going to try and find an older version.. cannot access any of the new trunk systems.

Contacted butel a couple of months ago about that and was told that there would be a revision in software. Well 2 mos later still have the problem and software problem has not been corrected
Also program will not check for update. Manual or auto. Rj

Reading the post it seems like the answer is the same that it will be fixed in the next release. Does anyone know when that will be. I am kind of dead in the water with my new scanner not being able to get the trunking systems in my area.

Not to pull business from Gommert (and it is OT), but as alternatives, if you are using an XT series scanner, both FreeScan (freeware) and ProScan (commercial) will work. There's really no reason to be 'dead in the water' with these scanners..Mike
