Positive on ID. Did some reasearch and they are F16s out of Langley.
ATC heard on 363.1 with flight level requests.

that explains the County Police escorting alot of vehicles over the weekend from TeterBoro Airport, while at the Air Show Sat & Sun there must have been 4 times escorted by County some State Police, and PA police each day, some went trt46 some 80 another up rt17?

408.1 is US State Dept. Bureau of Diplomatic Security (Foreigh Dignitary Protection)

Not just 408.1000 MHz, but many of the Department of State Diplomatic Security Service UHF channels have been busy in the city this week:

All P-25 with encryption being hit or miss. The Secret Service was busy this week too...
