Picking up chatter on NHP groups about 2 U S marshals being shot in the Folley ? building in Las Vegas - Nothing on news here in Reno yet

The Las Vegas RJ is reporting that two FBI agents were shot a short while ago in the Foley Federal Building in LV. There is a code red on LVMPD channel 4 for this incident. Metro SWAT is enroute.
CNN is live with info on this matter and described the shooting victims as "guards" in the lobby of the courthouse.

CNN is advising that the gunman was shot and killed. The building is being swept should there be any other suspects present.

One source is reporting that one of the two people shot is a private security guard that has died and the other is a deputy US marshal that is OK.
