UCALL40 Repeater?

I was atop the Nike Site in Manchester, and we were operating on VSAR16. My channel knob got moved accidently and I triggered a repeater for UCALL40. Anyone know whose it is or where it is? I couldn't find anything in the database.

The last I knew, all the U, V & 8 Call and Tac sites are controlled by the Message Center as CSP HQ in Middletown. Usually, at least in the past when I was dispatching for them, they were associated on the state TRS tower sites.
