Watching a UFL game on the local Fox station and see the coaches will use a Motorola TRBO radio to give instructions to the team, which Fox will rebroadcast (you can hear the Proceed To Talk chrips). Any idea of frequencies or if it's clear or encrypted?

I guess I stumped the RR community. At least I didn’t get any “set your squelch to 2” or “replace your SD card” replies. 😁

You can tell if its clear or encrypted by the sound of the chirp, High pitch is clear low pitch is secure.
The antenna color bands look like it UHF
