I wanted to throw this out and see what kind of response I get.
I am just curious to see how many counties still use the old UHF Med Channels.
At one time the Office of Emergency Medical Services published the Dial Codes book. Since the former communications director retired they have stopped publishing it.
I know the Office of EMS still maintains the Med 8 & 10 repeaters through out the state.
Just curious for informational purposes.
I think maybe Haywood County is the only county left still dispatching on Med 9. Everybody else has abandoned the channel.
I have a Motorola Micor and GE Master II Med Radios and would like to maybe find another Micor for my collection.
Thanks
David
