Un ID'd Talkgroups

Found a couple of TGs lot listed for this system here in Lex, wondering if anyone else could lend a set of ears to try to figure them out.

System is this one:

New TGs are

31824 and 31808, both appear to be towing/repo companies, seems to be towing illegally parked cars or something.

55696 - Unknown, just heard a quick blurb on this TG.

Ok, some more weirdness, there were 4 guys talking to eachother, but when each one would talk a diffrent TG ID would come up, I logged

30800
30784
30832
30816
All diffrent people, and all talking with each other.

Alos logged some activity on TG 3296.

Maybe I'm just misundertood how the system works. I assumed it was just like any other TRS.

That's the plan. I wanted to figure out what exactly they were before I submitted them though.
