Keep in mind nearly all nations, especially the larger ones, will have their own security using radios separate from USSS. While I would assume they are encrypted they also could be anywhere in the band spectrum.

are they using CW4 for the protests?

Keep in mind nearly all nations, especially the larger ones, will have their own security using radios separate from USSS. While I would assume they are encrypted they also could be anywhere in the band spectrum.

Albeit much like the USSS, the protection details will be operating in simplex, so you'd have to be real close (even if you can hear them at all)

USSS, DSS, NYPD Det-2 - usually always encrypted.
