Unication U3 Radio Secure PPS

Does anyone know about the U3 Secure PPS? I'm interested in U3 but someone told me that Unication hasn't implemented the Secure PPS to their U3 yet. So they can't sell the U3 on the market. Any ideas?

Maybe because the U3 is a transceiver and the G4/5 are receivers and they want to transmit?

Better receiver, more audio power, mobile installation, better control over scanning options, etc. (On top of the already mentioned transmit capability.)

How do you know that the OP only wants it for non-affiliate scan? Plenty of people have transmit authority on both conventional channels and systems covered by these radios. You are assuming facts not in evidence.

This does that out of the box, instead of having to invoke Voodoo. The big M will cost more for a new unit, and will cost a lot more for the programming software.

G5 DMR Problem

I'm having trouble monitoring a conventional DMR system with my G5. I have all of the information entered (CC, Slot, TG), however, whenever there is traffic the correct radio IDs pops up but the audio is garbled and almost sounds like it is encrypted. I know that the channel is not encrypted...
