Just USB. But, you can get a USB DC adapter for $5, so not really a hardship.

it has a usb plug that goes into a usb charger, and a Mini USB for the Scanner and a DIN connector to connect to the GPS unit

Having personally ordered from webtron-x on eBay in the past, they typically ship the same day that your order is placed (assuming it is a normal business day).
