Ron is correct that the OPP will not be heard on the BC 245 XLT ,
however it will trunktrack OPP talkgroups. (Your display will only show the TG # and you will hear the digital modulation as a ratchety sound )
Good news is that some EMS is on there in analog, and that this scanner will let you listen to and track it clearly.
