Uniden BCD396T

I have a Uniden BCD396T that I have programmed all the frequencies in for my area. All it keeps doing is scanning. It never locks in on anything. When I set it up I set the system type at MOT/P25. Can anyone help?

Thank you for replying. I was able to fix the problem. I have a Uniden BCD396T. The only problem I have now is I accidently hit the L/O button and I believe I locked out one of the ID's. Freq lockout shows nothing locked but when the ID 34992 showed I know I accidently hit L/O and saw it lock.

You can unlock it by holding on that system, then scrolling to the locked out channel and pressing L/O.
