BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Uniden BCD436HP favorites list

Can someone please tell me the easiest way to create, and listen to a favorites list? I have created one, yet when I try to scan it, it still scans other departments that are not on my list. Also is there a way to go to one specific department and just listen to them? Thanks

If objects are scanning that you did not program into your favorites list then chances are you have full database scanning turned on:
Press MENU > SET SCAN SELECTION > SELECT LISTS TO MONITOR. Turn FULL DATABASE: OFF

Also is there a way to go to one specific department and just listen to them? Thanks
