Uniden BCT15X Updated Firmware Question

So maybe UpMan can answer this question. I am not sure if this has already been answered in other post but I am going to post it.

I got a smoking deal on a new BCT15X for analog use and I have a current firmware version of 1.03.02 and Unidens website for the BCT15X firmware update page shows that 1.03.00 is the current version.

Please help me understand on why this site has not been updated since these new units are coming with a higher firmware version.
