BCT15X: Uniden bct15x

Hello I’m new to programming scanners and I have a Uniden BCT15x I live in waupaca county and I want to program police, ems, and fire, police is a p25 code the rest are conventional can anyone help???

the 15X does not do P25 or any digital.
and i guess you mean Waupaca county in Wisconsin
