Uniden/Bearcat

Hello everyone, I have searched high and low, (Think Google) and can not find any information on a Uniden BC450A scanner. It appears to be a somewhat rare, (Think low sales volume) scanner made some time back. Uniden has disavowed any knowledge of the scanner, (HiHi) they say it's too old. I think it is a pretty nifty scanner; mine works fine. I am looking for a owners manual or (I know this is a long shot) a service manual. Does anyone know where I might obtain one? Sources? URL's? I would even like to hear any one's experience with this model, should they have owned one, now or in the past. Thanks in advance~!

According to the FCC, this model was type accepted in November, 1992 (so would have had first sales in early 1993). This predates our electronic archives by a decade or so. It looks like a BC350A, so might operate the same way.

All I found online other than the FCC grant were some external pictures at RadioPics Database - Bearcat/Uniden - BC450A (but I only spent a couple of minutes looking).
