Uniden Service

I just wanted to take a moment and give Uniden Service a big thumbs up.

I sent my BC-246T into them for non warranty service on 5-20-05 from and got it back on 6-3-05. I was able to take care of it all on the web very easily.

I figured I would be without it for 2 months or so but I was surprised!

It's refreshing to see a positive response about service. Most times, unfortunately, we only hear of the horror stories.
It wouldn't hurt to let Uniden know of your feedback either. Two week turnaround time is pretty good.
