unidentified frequency question

i was listening to my scanner this evening and picked up a transmission on frequency 142.0050 saying 10-19 return to station and the person sounded like on of the dispatchers from the walaceburg dispatch centre could that be another ems frequency? i have checked spectrum direct and ministry of health in the database

found my answer i did not even think looking in fleetnet list can a mod please delete this for me thanks
