I am running SDRTrunk v0.6.1 on a Windows PC with 2 SDR dongles. My system seems to pick up some unidentified talkgroups and can't figure out how to properly identify them. I have checked Minnesota's ARMER talk groups and it shows up in there, but there is no info available.

Some Unidentified Talkgroups are 33813 and 33815. Looking at the ARMER all talkgroups, I would imagine these are associated to Nicollet County but after listening to chatter, I still can't figure out exactly what it is.

That's what I figured. How can you update the name and group? This TGID is showing unknown/unknown
Until it's ID'ed and added to the RRDB you'll have to go into your playlist editor, select the Aliases tab, select the applicable alias list from the drop-down towards the top then click the "New" button. Give the alias a name (change contents of "New Alias" field to name of your choosing. Next click the "Add Identifier" button. Scroll and choose APCO-25 > Talkgroup. Next, edit the APCO-25 Talkgroup text box "0" value to match the TGID number. Repeat for each additional unknown TG. Lastly, click "Save" and that should do it

Your best bet is to listen. Most talkgroups in most Minnesota counties are as so
LE dispatch
LE TAC
FIRE EMS dispatch (some counties split fire EMS on separate talkgroups)
Multi-agency interop TAC
FIRE TAC or TALK
PUBLIC WORKS

There might be some variation from the above.
Some counties each town Fire and EMS utilizes the same talkgroup. Some counties each town Fire and EMS use there own dispatch channel.
Cottonwood county is like this.

The two talkgroups you mentioned I couldn't really ID. 33813 could be either fire TAC or public works.
33815 is definitely fire tac, but not sure for which town.
