Uninstalling ARC96

I am having a difficult time trying to uninstall my ARC96 from my Windows XP. My 30 day trial period ended 4 days ago and when I try to remove the program in "add and remove programs in the control panel" the remove button isn't even there. So then I tried to do a file search to manually delete all programs and apps affiliated with Butell or ARC and it will not let me delete them. Yes I have administrative rights, but I can't remove the program. I looked all over the butell website and ARC's users manual looking for anything on how to go about uninstalling there program with no sucess. Am I missing something here?

make sure none of them are running on start up after you boot up & Then try it ?. also may unstall the cable etc & make scanner isn't connected at all

I use a freeware uninstaller and never have any issues removing software. If Control Panel doesn't have an option for it I would look on the CNet site and get one. There are MANY very good ones, and certainly better than CP

My laptop is at home, and I'm in Towamencin at the moment, but it's running XP SP3 73 Mike
