Union Pacific "Northeast Dispatcher"

Along Metra's UP Northwest line, the Union Pacific dispatcher identifies him/her self as the "Northeast Dispatcher". I've heard the same identification on Metra's UP North line and up in the Milwaukee area where the UP is just freight. I've read that this same dispatcher may be over the New Line too, but am unsure.

What lines/subdivisions does the Northeast Dispatcher control and dispatch?

UP Northeast Dispatcher (Dispatcher 342) controls the Harvard, Kenosha, and Milwaukee Subs except for a portion of the Harvard and Kenosha Subs on weekdays first shift. I believe Dispatcher 342 also controls the Farm Sub in Wisconsin, though I am not 100% sure on this. On weekdays first shift only, the Harvard Sub south of Deval and the Kenosha Sub south of WK (the territory previously controlled by CY Tower until CY closed in December 2024), are controlled by Dispatcher 32. Dispatcher 32 also has territory down in southern Illinois.
