Can anyone else who is using 5th beta to monitor an EDACS 9600 system tell me whether you are seeing I-calls and phone patches?
Crud. Me thinks I broke something.

It looks like the importing of trunker files to UniTrunker hasn't been fixed either. Most talkgroup colors are still imported incorrectly and the radio ID's are still being imported as all green.
Actually, they're imported as black - which the program displays as green ('cuz black text on black background is hard to read).

Other than that - UniTrunker works beautifully. I just hope Rick is able to fix these small bugs in his next release.
It's fixed. After accumulating a few more fixes like this I'll publish another release.

if you use the color 'green' (0x00FF00) for unit information text, in the Find menu, or whereever else the selection bar is present, it will make the text 'invisible'
Thanks Jay. I'll have to add a check for that.

Anyone using Unitrunker with the PCR-2500? Can you use the second receiver as the voice radio?

I have been trying Unitrunker beta 5 on a networked 217MHz MPT1327 system and have a couple of items. (I also use Trunkview MPT1327 decoder)

I cannot seem to get the bandplan to change either through Find or Insert. Is that only for 800 moto systems? Since each of the networked systems has a separate SYSID, if I can edit the file, what would I put in for SITE? "0"?

The control channel does not show up in Unitrunker (it works, just doesn't show it) I edited the freq file and added it as a CC. It does not come up in red, just the brown/green inactive color.

I did hear one of the techs say something about a PL and my scanner is holding on 131.8. I am guessing that it uses the PL to keep different systems from interfering on a shared channel. The Unitrunker doesn't seem to hear the MPT1327 through the discriminator but does work through the speaker outputs. (Trunkview is ok with either).

I have been able to run both programs (Unitrunker & Trunkview) together so that has been helpful.

Yes. Use the Insert menu to add the System using the SysID. Then use the Insert menu to add the band using the Site ID ('0')

I've not tested the control of a second radio with Unitrunker /MPT1327. If just monitoring the control channel there is nothing to tell Unitrunker what frequency it is decoding on.

I find that i get better results with the unfiltered audio on all of my radios when using Unitrunker but see little difference with either audio source with Tronquito, Trunksniffer, Trunkview, FTrunk. Hoka Code300 doesn't do a very good job of decoding MPT1327 regardless of the audio source.

Unitrunker will show the control channel (in red) after a command has been sent over the system (i.e. MOVE, CLEAR, etc) that specifies the CC ch/freq. The CC channel or freq isn't announced in the general 'idle' packet like it is on Motorola trunk systems.

Not yet. Support for the PCR-100, PCR1000, R/PCR1500 and R/PCR-2500 is a work in progress.

No - it's there for any systems that might need it. I'll test this to see if there's a bug somewhere.

Yes.

Jay summed up the reasons behind this.

Are you talking about a tone on the voice channel or control channel?

I'd have to see the actual signals to comment on this.

I can't seem to get the pcr1000 to work as a voice radio. If you need me to do anything let me know.
