I tried to put this in the Wiki but it didn't work.

Turns out the forum doesnt like MSI files either. Rename the file so that the file ends with ".MSI" instead of ".ZIP". After that you can run the installer.

Warning - this is not for the faint of heart. Back up your data and have fun.

Very buggy, but thanks for the release. I need to read the documentation.

It's working - using a PCR 1000

Rick,

Thanks for your efforts. Let me know if I can be of assistance.

For info: Radio is a PCR1000, using XP SP2 on a 2.5Ghz Dell with 768 ram.

The documentation doesn't say how configure Uni-Trunker for UHF systems. How do I tell it the base frequency, offset, and step size?

EDIT: Nevermind, I found it.

I have Universal Trunker, MTrunker, and T4Win all running on the same box at the same time, all 3 working fine.

THANK YOU rfmobile for this software! Working splendidly here on the Smartzone system. Once I figure it out I'll get another copy going on the MPT1327 system.

Everybody who has been on Rick for the past few months in the "ETA" thread and others needs to thank him for this product!

Thanks Rick!

Im running Mtrunker32 and Unitrunker at the same time, but only Mtrunker is decoding (from a mic input) Unitrunker just shows the menu, but with no decoding info...

Cheers,
Matt

The doco says that you just need to run the program, but I discovered that by default, the decoder is set to Offline...

Cheers,
Matt

When I tried to unzip, it says "The compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted".

It helps to read the first post.

Has anyone gotten it to work with a slicer and a serial port? I have WindowsME and can run.Mtrunker just fine. After starting UniTrunker, I go to options, set the decoder to Online, then I've gone to Configure Signal which brings me to the next menu where the fields are labled in red.

The Signal Input field is blank, and pressing the space bar or the arrow keys doesn't do anything.

Is there a way to make the program work off of COM port 1, or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks!

Ya I can't get it to work either with my slicer and COM-1, and XP..I know all my settings are right to( (DSR Pin COM-1,Invert off, Decoder online, Baud setting are correct as well) I was able to change it from sound card to DSR just fine by arrowing up and down..Just make sure your slicer is plugged into your COM port before you start the program up.... Trunker works fine..Oh well, I'm probally doing something wrong :(

Where did you go to change it from sound card to DSR?

One of the DOCS says something about installing some sort of a driver to make your serial port work on XP.

I can't download it, it will not download the file but instead it will come up with the download screen for "modules.php" which apparently is not the intended file.

If your system uses a download manager such as GetRight, you may see this type of message. I just let it run and GetRight eventually downloaded the proper file.
