Unitrunker - Frequency Needed

Hello,

I need a little help understanding how Unitrunker works. I have my GRE PSR-500 connected via the supplied USB programming cable. Unitrunker seems to be collecting data but I'm not sure why the frequences aren't being populated. Some sites will populate the main control channel and thats about it. It seems to recogonize how many voice channels are associated with a particular CC but never populates the frequencies.

Hi Mike;

Try stopping and re-starting the receiver (change the Running state to Stopped, then back to Running again).

If that does not work, type in the frequency of the control channel. Exit and restart the program. The other frequencies should appear.

that seemed to work, I thought I had tried the restarting before. Restarting worked for 1 site. The other I had to punch in the frequencies to get it to work.
