Unitrunker Questions

Hey all,

I am a new Unitrunker user and have 2 questions.

1. When using my Uniden 996T as the voice radio and listening to a site that has P25 users on it, the 996 dont decode the P25 traffic...all I hear is the digital static. Is it supposed to decode?

2. When using my PCR100 as the voice radio, the audio gain is way to low. I can turn the volume up in TUNER, but when the unit powers down, the AG get reset low again. Is there a setting in Unitrunker to control the volume of the PCR100?

Yes. If the radio requires an extra command for this to work then I'll have to update the tuner logic so that audio decodes correctly.

Crud. Once support for volume is complete - you'll be able to set the volume from a menu inside Unitrunker. That will take care of this issue for the PCR family of PC controlled radios (along with a number of other radios that support volume control through the PC connection).
