I will try to generate a log file... I'm still using release 18 because of the .dll issue with 19 & Win2K (I tried downloading the new debugging tools for MS but the .exe file it feeds me is always corrupt). Oh, and I only have EDACS selected from the various protocols. My data radio is a tapped Pro-43.

Turning off the other types didn't help, I had tried that with earlier versions (I will double check w/19). I am using a Maxtrac for the signal. I will generate a log w/ V19

Mike,
Ver 19 I can't change or add color words. I am trying to set up Medical goups as Green and some other such as Investigations so they stand out but can't get it to allow changes. I can add a group but cannot add anything to those groups.

Thanks, and great job on getting the 396XT to work better with Unitunker!

I just tried this. It's working for me. Click the "+" on the left to add the group. Click the "+" on the right to add a new word to the selected group.

Beware that the color words are only applied at the time of download from the RR DB. I have not (but really should have) added the ability to re-apply color words to existing data.

EDIT: use "F2" to toggle edit mode when entering / editing color word entries.

Ok, yeah, it would be nice to have the ability to change them at any time for different situations :)

Thanks Mike

Mike, the F2 was what I needed, that took care of that part of it. Thanks!
