I picked up this data noise while passing the golf course near my home.

I don't recall exactly which frequency it was listed under their license as I forgot to jot it down when I took the recording. 457.XXXX Mhz

When I drive by later I'll remind myself to make note of the frequency it was and edit the post.

Thanks!

A lot of the golf courses use these sort of sustems, I use one of them as a "testing data source".

I once had to track down some interference to the UHF Florida Turnpike repeater system and it took us all the way to a golf course in Dunedin Florida. There we found a base station transmitting data continuously with no license. In followup, found the golf course bought some system that tracked a GPS terminal on the golf carts and also permitted golfers to send emergency as well as service requests (3 martinis to hole 9) from the cart. The company (located in Texas?) that sold the equipment insisted they had some nationwide FCC license and therefore their customers (Golf Courses) did not need a license. I had to set them straight.
