Unknown DMR in Etobicoke (Kipling Station)

Last night I was around Kipling Station for a wee bit in the late evening and heard security type activity on 452.3625 DMR CC 4 TG 101. I am not sure what it was and wasn't in the area long enough to check. This frequency also is licensed to Sherway Gardens but last I heard them they where still on NexEdge but then again that was some type time ago when I last listened to them. Can someone in the area check this frequency out?

Sometimes the same security provider will be using the same frequencies. or the same owner will be. Cadilac Fairview was known for using the same frequencies back in the day. This may help ID the user.
